Visionary Documentation - Freeroam & RP

1. Introduction

Visionary is a FiveM server offering a dual experience:

• Freeroam: vMenu mode, instant access to all vehicles, no grinding, immediate fun.
• RP (Realistic Economy): Dive into a coherent world, develop your character, adhere to RP rules, and climb the ranks.

Our goal: a tight-knit community, responsive staff, and a unique atmosphere blending total freedom with immersive RP.

2. Freeroam & RP - The Differences

Freeroam (vMenu):

• Total freedom: No economy to manage, everything is available.
• Over 1400 vehicles, weapons, instant customizations.
• Races, PvP, unbridled fun. Ideal for testing vehicles, relaxing, or organizing spontaneous events.

RP (Realistic Economy):

• No use of HRP (Out of Role-Play) information (Metagaming is prohibited).
• Coherent economy: You must work, trade, negotiate to progress.
• Diverse jobs, progression, serious RP, scenarios, player relationships, gangs, businesses, leisure.
• Adherence to RP rules (No Pain RP, No Fear RP, etc.) for complete immersion.

3. Preparations for New Players

Before joining Visionary, ensure you have:

• Installed FiveM and GTA V legally and updated.
• A functional microphone (highly recommended for RP).
• Joined our Discord to stay informed about updates, ask staff questions, and meet the community.

Once in-game:

• For Freeroam: Familiarize yourself with the vMenu (default key M) to manage your vehicle, appearance, weapons.
• For RP: Carefully read the RP rules, choose a job, interact with other players, and maintain narrative consistency.

5. Basic Commands

• /me : Describe an action of your character.
• /outfit : Quickly change your outfit.
• /logout : Return to character selection.
• /tweet : Send a message on the in-game social network.
• /report : Contact staff, report an issue.

6. Exclusive Commands (VIP)

• /setdrift, /removedrift : Activate/deactivate drift.
• /vipotr [duration], /disablevipotr : Activate Off The Radar mode.
• /hornboost [0-10] : Boost by honking.
• /braquear [ID] : Send a robber to a player (Cooldown).

7. Freeroam Commands

• /crosshair : Activate a custom crosshair.
• /donate : Access the donation menu.
• /fpsboost : Optimize your performance.
• /race : Launch race mode.
• /e [emote] : Perform an animation (e.g., /e dance).
• /ufo : Summon a UFO (fun & cosmic!).
• /carry : Carry another player.
• /passive : Passive mode, temporary invulnerability.
• /kidnap : Kidnap a player (Cooldown, minimal RP required).
• /orbital [ID] : Orbital strike (500m) on a player (just for fun!).
• /prime [ID] [Amount] : Place a bounty on a player.

8. Progression & Jobs (RP)

In RP, your character develops within a coherent world:

• Jobs: Police Officer, Medic, Mechanic, Driver, Farmer, Miner, etc.
• XP System: Perform job tasks, participate in the economy, increase your level.
• Unlocks: Better tools, higher salaries, new opportunities.
• Tip: Start with an accessible job (e.g., Taxi Driver) to earn your first bucks, then climb the ranks.

9. Events & Activities

• Night Race: Illegal races, showcase your driving skills.
• PvP Tournaments: Condition-based combats, rewards await.
• Casino Nights: Bet, win, or lose everything, guaranteed atmosphere.
• Special Events (Halloween, Christmas): Unique rewards, temporary decorations.

10. Gangs, Zones & NPC Killers

Visionary allows you to create or join organizations, capture strategic zones, and summon NPC killers to protect your territory:

• F9: Open the zone and organization management menu.
• 500 Bitcoins to create an organization (no spaces in the name).
• Zone Control: Access resources, generate income, defend your turf against other gangs.
• Progressive Difficulty: The more you control, the more challenges increase.

11. Mechanic Tutorial

Mechanics play a key role in RP, allowing repairs, upgrades, and customizations:

QB-MechanicJob

• Engine repairs, tire changes, regular maintenance.
• Performance upgrades (engine, brakes, suspension).

PopcornCustom

• Aesthetic customizations: paint, vinyls, body kits, rims, neon lights.

vMenu

• Simplified vehicle management, quick repairs, door unlocking, etc.

A good mechanic is appreciated by all: build a reputation, negotiate prices, help the community.

12. RP Rules

RP at Visionary is based on respect, immersion, and consistency. Key rules include:

🛑 Metagaming

No use of HRP (Out of RP) information in RP (external information is prohibited).

🚫 Power Gaming

No unrealistic actions or abuse of game mechanics.

🤕 No Pain RP

Consider injuries, physical consequences.

🏆 Win RP

The goal is not to "win," but to create a story.

😨 No Fear RP

Your character must feel fear in dangerous situations.

🔄 Revenge Kill

Prohibited from killing someone who previously killed you.

🎥 StreamHack / Stalk

No use of streams to locate or anticipate.

💬 HRP in Game

No HRP discussion during RP, use support tickets instead.

🕳️ Use Bug/Glitch - Hack

No tolerance, immediate sanctions.

❌ FreeKill

No killing without a valid RP reason.

🔒 Force RP

Do not force a scene on another player without consent.

🤡 Troll

No absurd or out-of-context behaviors.

🏙️ Mass RP

Consider the world alive, even without visible players.

🚪 No RP / Refusal to RP

Do not quit a scene because it doesn't suit you.

🚫 RP Shortcut

No hasty judgments (a single outfit doesn't define a gang).

14. RP Glossary

• HRP (Out of Role-Play): Anything that doesn't belong to the server's universe (Discord, IRL, etc.).
• RP (Role-Play): Playing a coherent role within the server's universe.
• Metagaming: Using HRP information in RP.
• Powergaming: Forcing unrealistic or impossible actions.
• Fear RP: Reflecting fear in dangerous situations.
• NPC: Non-Player Character, controlled by AI.
• Staff: Moderation/administration team of the server.
• Whitelist: Restricted access to the server, requiring an application (if applicable).
